What products are refundable

Refund Policy applies to all products that are available for purchase on Fastw3b official website (https://fastw3b.com), which are clearly marked as refundable for a defined period of time. If you have any doubts or confused about product refund terms, please contact our manager via pre-sale ticket in Client Section prior to purchase.

Refund is applicable for PayPal payments only.

Why I can not get my refund

  • Refund is available only for products that are clearly stated refundable on Fastw3b website.
  • Refund is not applicable after 30 days since the date of your purchase.
  • Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.
  • Refund is not applicable for the same product purchased after refund.
  • Refund is not applicable for special offers and products with discounts.
  • Refund would be denied in abuse cases with abnormally high number of downloads within 30 days.

How to request a refund

You can apply for a refund via our support system in your Client Section.

  1. Open a new ticket for a product you bought and needs to be refunded called "Refund wanted".
  2. Describe the reason for your refund request.
  3. Wait for our decision and money back if decision is positive.

All applications filed later than 30 days after the purchase, and the application with other titles will not be considered.

 

Stay calm, and we shall get back to your request within 48 hours on weekdays. If you submit your refund during the weekend, we'll get back to you at the earliest on Monday. If a refund was requested within 30 days from purchase date, it doesn't matter when we reply or how long we discuss the refund process. Refund request will be valid and proceed as soon as possible.
