Note: for purposes of this agreement, Users are classified as Clients or Partners or jointly as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party". These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Fastw3b as to its subject matter. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions you should immediately cease to use Fastw3b's website.
1. Eligibility for requirements
Fastw3b shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular applicant or site for participation in the service. Fastw3b's web site is available only to individuals or entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services of this web site are not available to minors. If Users do not qualify, they cannot legally use any of Fastw3b's services including, but not limited to, those that require the User's ability to form legally binding contracts.
2. Removal from network
Fastw3b reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member or site without reason but expressly including any member site that Fastw3b judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Members in violation of Fastw3b's Terms and Conditions will be immediately deactivated. Fastw3b may deactivate members with no prior notification. Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from Fastw3b. Members that are terminated by Fastw3b on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to receive any payment due from Fastw3b.
3. Taxes
You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any goods and services or value added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided by Fastw3b. These taxes will be added to fees billed to you, if applicable.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall fastw3b.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Each product release is assigned three version numbers - x.y.z. Depending on the release type the numbers can be changed. There are three release types:
- Major. This release type typically includes some new features and architecture changes. The version naming is x.0.0. For example, if a previous version is 1.2.1 and a major release comes out, its version naming changes to 2.0.0
- Minor. This release type typically includes some new features, updates, and bug fixes. The version naming is x.y.0. For example, if a previous version is 1.2.1 and a minor release comes out, its version naming changes to 1.3.0
- Maintenance. This release type typically includes bug fixes. The version naming is x.y.z. For example, if a previous version is 1.2.1 and a maintenance release comes out, its version naming changes to 1.2.2.
6. Version only/Subscription
If you have come up with a solution to buy our product, you have two options - a Subscription and Version Only. There are key differences between these two options so before making a purchase, make sure to understand these differences.
- Current version only without any free updates and just fixes (maintenance releases) accomplished within this current version. In other words, each time a new minor release comes out, you will be advised to buy it in order to upgrade.
- Limited support, which means that each time a new minor release is issued, you will not be able to get support. The support services are available only until a new minor release comes out.
- No refunds. In case you are not satisfied with our product, you won't submit a refund.
- No discounts for another version.
Use case
You've bought FW Gallery v4.10 Version Only package. As a result, the support services will be available for v4.10.1, v4.10.2, v4.10.3, etc. Once v.4.11.0 comes out, the support services end up and you need to buy this version in order to upgrade and get support. In case, you the product doesn't satisfy your needs, you won't be able to submit a refund.
- Current version along with 12 months free updates. In other words, you will be able to install every new update for free during the following 12 months period.
- Unlimited support.
- 30 days money back guarantee in case you are not happy with our product.
- 20% discount for subscription update. If subscription term is expired, the discount is not applied. You will be notified about subscription expiration details 3 times before the actual termination event.

7. Updates
All extensions are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee the extensions will run with future versions of this CMS.
8. Lifetime Updates and Support
Life-time updates and Support terms for all our products are valid while the product is being officially sold. If the product is no longer in demand, we may close it down with or without any prior notification to all current users.
9. Use of Content
You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
10. User content
User is solely responsible for content or any other information User provides to Fastw3b. User understands and agrees to the following:
Fastw3b is only acting as a venue for the online distribution and publication of User content. However, no warranties as to the actual distribution or publication of User content are made or implied. Fastw3b has the right (but no obligation) to take any action deemed appropriate with respect to User content if it is believed that such content may create liability for Fastw3b, harm its business operation or reputation, or cause Fastw3b to lose the services of its suppliers.
User represents and warrants that User's content: (a) will not infringe upon or misappropriate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right or proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy; (b) will not violate any law or regulation; (c) will not be defamatory or trade libelous; (d) will not be obscene or contain child pornography; (e) will not include incomplete, false or inaccurate information about User or any other individual; and (f) will not contain any viruses or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
11. Registration and processing of your personal data
Your personal information will be processed by Fastw3b in order to fulfil the agreement with You, perform delivery of products etc. Furthermore, we will process your personal information for marketing of campaigns, offers, new products or services. Your personal information may also be transferred between Fastw3b and any associated entity within the Fastw3b organisation. By entering into this agreement, You hereby approve such processing of your personal information as set forth above, including processing of your personal identification number, and hereby give such consent. The consent hereby given can in whole or in part be recalled by giving written notice to us. Should you choose to recall your consent, and such recall should make our due performance of the agreement or other obligations difficult, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the agreement.
Fastw3b discloses sensitive personal information only if required to comply with legal obligations or with your consent.
12. Anti-fraud
Instant downloads are available after signing up. However, all of our customers purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
13. Refund policy
Fastw3b have Refund Policy for most extensions, but only those which clearly stated refundable.
14. Warranty
Fastw3b does not warranty or guarantee these extensions in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, plugins, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the extensions as we can not guarantee Fastw3b extensions will work with all browser combinations.
15. Support
We provide ticket support for all commercial Fastw3b extensions via Support tab in Client Section while your subscription is valid. We answer all your questions about our Joomla! extensions and help you with their usage. Please read Support Coverage for more details.
