Yes. FWRE Agents is included in the Solo Agent, IDX Realtor, and IDX Agency tiers of the FW Real Estate subscription. You get the add-on plus updates and support as long as your subscription stays active.
The Agents addon is a paid addon included in all FW Real Estate subscription packages (Start, Medium, Pro). Subscribers install it from their Client Section.
First create a Joomla user account for the agent. Then in the admin panel, go to FW Real Estate > Agents, create a new agent profile linked to the user account, upload their photo and company logo, fill in contact details and bio, and publish.
Yes. When editing a property, open the Agents tab and add multiple agents. Each agent can have a different job title (Senior Agent, Listing Agent, etc.) and all assigned agents appear together on the property page.
Yes. Agents log in to the Client Section where they find a Property Manager to upload and edit listings, and an Agent Profile section to update their bio, photo, and contact details. Admins don't need to manage every change.
By default, yes. New agent registrations appear as unpublished and require admin approval in FW Real Estate > Agents. You can switch to automatic approval in Settings > Addons > Agents if you prefer.
A maintenance release. Nothing about this add-on behaves differently.
Its agent list can be paged. On one of the platforms this product runs on, a list of agents that ran to more than one page answered the second page with a permission error instead of the rows. The page number is now carried under a name that host does not already use for something else.
A site whose agent list fits on one page sees no change at all.
Nothing about this add-on behaves differently. Its site templates now travel with the add-on itself rather than living in the design, so exactly the same markup is rendered from a different place. A design still has the last word: where a design offers its own version of a template, that version is used, as before, and a site that has customised one keeps every customisation.
⚠️ This version requires core 7.1.0, which is the release that knows to look inside an add-on for its templates. The add-ons catalogue will not offer it to an older core, so update the core first.
The rest of the release is work inside the source that a site cannot observe: the English catalogue was rewritten into the form the WordPress directory extracts translations from, and comments were shortened. The fifteen languages this add-on ships are unchanged.
No change to how this add-on behaves. It carries a correction to an internal note that still described a behaviour removed in an earlier release — creating a profile on an address that already had an account no longer touches that account. The behaviour itself changed then; only the description was left behind. Published so that what the update server holds matches the product exactly.
No change you will notice. This release rebuilds Agents on the current engine — escaping, scripts and styles now go through each platform's own pipeline — and adds no features and changes no behaviour. It is published so the add-on stays in step with the rest of the product.
Agent profiles, their listings, and the viewing calendar visitors book through.
FW Real Estate 7.0 rebuilds the product on a new cross-platform engine. What this add-on does for you is unchanged — the features you use in 6.x are the features you get here. What is new is where it runs and how it reaches you:
