What the plan keeps working
Every minor and patch release. We re-sync your design, features or feed with each update of the platform, so it updates with the platform instead of breaking.
Provider changes. When an MLS board, a map service or another provider your add-on talks to changes its API or rules, we change your add-on to match.
Our own bugs. A fault in code we wrote is fixed at no charge, as it always was.
One website per plan. The plan covers the website you name on the order. Each further add-on on it adds $99 a year.
Major versions: not covered, quoted separately. When the platform moves to a new major version, we quote your add-on's rebuild and the move of your site as one job.

Releases
When the platform ships a minor or patch release, your add-on gets its matching update.
Provider changes
When a provider your add-on depends on changes something, we adapt the add-on and tell you on your order.
Renewal
The plan renews yearly. We remind you 7 days and 1 day before, and you can cancel any time.
Before you start
An add-on we built or customised for this website: a custom design, onsite changes, extra features or an MLS feed with your field mapping. Official add-ons we haven't changed come with your product licence.

Does a custom design count as an add-on?
Yes. A design we built for your site, or changes we made right on it, counts as one add-on, the same as an extra feature or a feed.

I have two add-ons on one site. What do I pay?
$348 a year: $249 for the first add-on and $99 for the second. Four or more? Tell us in the order notes and we'll quote.

I run the same add-on on two websites.
Each website needs its own plan, because each one is re-synced and checked on its own.

What happens if I stop the plan?
Your add-on keeps working as it is. New versions of it wait until the plan is back.

I already have MLS Maintenance.
Keep it. It runs to its end date at its price, and you can switch to this plan when it renews.
