The order wizard collects your business basics and the processes you want audited. We start the moment payment clears.
3. We audit
3, 5, or 7 business days depending on tier. Two engineers and one operator review your processes against our delivery framework.
4. Quote PDF in your service order
You receive a structured PDF inside your service order: per-process diagnosis, recommended automation, and a phased build quote with timeline and price.
5. Discuss + approve
All conversation happens in your service-order message thread. Ask questions, refine scope, approve phases. No emails, no calls.
6. Build phases as invoices
Approved phases become invoices on the same service order. You only pay the next phase if the last one passed acceptance.

How long does an audit take?
3 business days for Spot, 5 for Connected, 7 for Operations — from the moment payment clears.

Is the audit fee credited toward the build?
No. The audit is a separate, non-refundable product. You pay for the diagnosis, the structured quote, and the recommended sequence — whether you build with us or not. The build is then quoted in phases on the same service order.

How do I approve the build quote?
By replying in your service-order message thread. All communication after audit delivery happens there — no email, no phone calls. Once you approve, we add billing phases to the same ticket and the build starts on the agreed phase schedule.

What if I just want the audit?
Perfectly fine — that's why we structured it this way. The PDF is yours unconditionally. Take it to any vendor or keep it internal.

How is build pricing structured?
Phased. Each phase is its own invoice on your service order. Most first-build engagements land between $4,000 and $18,000 in total, depending on scope. You only pay the next phase if the last one passed our coded acceptance test.

Do you work with non-CI4 stacks?
We build on CI4 (PHP) because it is what we are fastest at. If your build requires a different stack, the audit will say so and recommend a vendor; we will not pretend the work fits us.
