Is FW Gallery Meta included in my Gallery subscription?
Yes. This addon is part of every paid FW Gallery package, along with updates and support.

What kind of information can I store for each photo?
Camera model, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, focal length, author, copyright, and other custom fields, all added to the file edit form so you can fill them in per image.

Does it fill in the metadata automatically, or do I have to type it in?
Both are possible. You can type the fields in yourself, or let the plugin auto-extract EXIF metadata from an uploaded JPEG. Auto-extraction needs the PHP exif extension enabled on your server; if it is not available, you can still enter metadata manually.

Will visitors see this metadata on my gallery?
Yes, when a file has metadata saved. The file detail page shows a metadata section beneath or alongside the image, listing only the fields that actually have a value.

Does it work with WordPress?
No, FW Gallery Meta is available for Joomla only.
