You make it yours
Your profile, branding, photos, and the areas you serve go straight into your site's own admin during the trial, on your schedule. Skip anything optional and sensible defaults stand in until you change them.
You go live
Go live from your Client Section whenever you are ready, or let the trial convert on day 8. Cancel before that and nothing is ever charged.
Your feed connects, and we care for it
Once your subscription starts, we connect and map your MLS feed within 5-7 business days of your credentials arriving, and your domain gets pointed at the site. From there, hosting, nightly backups, security updates, and a daily watch on your MLS feed are part of your monthly subscription.

Your domain, or tell us you need one. Bring an existing domain and we connect it once your subscription starts (your trial runs on a private preview address), or we register one in your name as an at-cost add-on.
MLS feed access in YOUR name. You bring feed credentials from your board or provider; typical board fees of $20 to $50 a month are yours and stay yours. Not sure you have access yet? Say so in the form and we help you identify and request the right feed.
Branding basics, on your schedule. Your logo, colors, headshot, and profile go straight into your site's own admin during the trial. No logo? Your name is set in clean typography and the site themed to your colors.

What does the MLS feed cost, and who pays it?
Your MLS board or data provider bills feed access directly to you, in your name, typically $20 to $50 a month depending on your board. That fee is not ours and never flows through us, exactly as with every IDX vendor. If you do not have access yet, say "not sure" in the intake form and we help you identify and request the right feed.

What happens to the site if I leave?
Cancel anytime after go-live with 30 days notice: no term contract, no buyout fee. On exit we hand over a full export, complete site files, database, all listings, and all captured leads; the domain was always yours.

I work with a team. Can the site show more agents?
The package builds a website for one realtor: your profile, your listings, your leads. A team page with additional agent profiles is a quoted add-on, before launch or any time after, so the site grows when your business does.

What if my domain is not ready when the site is?
Nothing waits on it. Your site launches on a preview address, and the switch to your own domain happens whenever it is ready: we email you simple DNS pointing instructions for a domain you already hold, or register a new one in your name as an at-cost add-on and connect it for you.

You do, always. Bring an existing domain and we connect it, or tell us in the intake form and we register a new one in your name as an at-cost add-on. It is never held on our account.

What does the daily MLS feed watch actually check?
MLS feeds can die silently: a board rotates credentials, a provider changes its API, a field gets renamed, and the site keeps showing yesterday's listings while nothing looks broken. Every month of your subscription includes a daily check that your feed is reachable, records are flowing, and photos are syncing, so a break gets caught and fixed, not discovered by a client.

How does the billing actually work?
One subscription, starting with a 7-day free trial: you sign up with your card and nothing is charged today. On day 8, or the moment you press Go live, your first invoice charges the $1,299 setup together with the first $99 month; after that it is $99 a month until you cancel. Cancel during the trial and nothing is ever charged. There is no second checkout and no separate care plan to remember, because hosting and the feed watch are not optional extras: your site runs on our servers.

Is the setup fee refundable?
No, and we would rather say it here than in the small print. The setup fee pays for work that is already done by the time your site is live: the build, the feed integration, the content pages, the domain and SSL. The monthly is a different matter, cancel it whenever you like with 30 days notice and take the full export with you.

Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. Tell us about it from your client area and we provide a mini-quote for the migration (typically $200 to $500, depending on the content), separate from the $1,299 setup fee.

What if I do not have MLS feed access approved yet?
Say "not sure" in the intake form and we help you identify the right feed and request access. Board approval time sits outside our control and can take days to weeks, so it sits outside the 5-to-7-business-day integration clock, which starts once your subscription is active (day 8, or the moment you press Go live) and your feed credentials have arrived. Your trial site is online the whole time either way.
