What we build

A complete rental store,
from browsing to booked and paid

  • Your whole catalog online
Every item with a real photo, a from-price, and its own page, organized by category.
    Availability on every card
Customers see how many units are free before they even open an item.
    Prices in the open
A from-price per day on every card, no call-for-quote wall in front of your stock.
    Rent and sell together
Blades, gloves and fuel cans sold outright next to the hire items, one cart for both.
    Stocked before go-live
We import your list, spreadsheet or photos, up to 50 items, before the site opens.
  • Two months at a glance
Free, partly booked and booked-out days shown live from real bookings.
    Overbooking prevented at the source
Quantity-pool stock per item: five drills rent five times, and the sixth attempt is refused.
    Day and week tiers
Longer hires price automatically from the rate tiers shown right on the item page.
The exact price while they pick
Rental, waiver and deposit calculated live as the dates go in, before checkout.
    Guests book in one go
Name and contact are enough: no forced account between a customer and a booking.
  • Refundable deposits, automatic
Per-item deposits collected with the booking and shown honestly at every step.
A damage waiver where it belongs
Optional cover offered per line at checkout, priced by your policy.
    Stripe or PayPal
Card payments connected at go-live and settled to your own account.
    No transaction cut, ever
No percentage skimmed and no per-order fee: the checkout is yours.
    Every booking lands with you
The customer gets a confirmation; you get the order with dates, deposits and totals.
  • Your logo and colors
The store is themed to your brand at setup, not left on a stock look.
    Your own domain, with SSL
Connected and secured from day one, and the domain stays yours.
    Content pages included
The About, Delivery and Contact pages a hire shop needs, filled from your intake.

Serve customers in more than one language: 11+ packs ship with the engine.
    Yours to keep
Cancel anytime and take the full export: site, database, catalog and order history.

Everything beyond the launched site, quoted per job

CRM

Quoted

Your customer base put to work: rental history per customer, follow-ups, and repeat-hire campaigns run from one place.

Integrations

Quoted

Accounting, email platform, or calendar tools connected to the booking flow.

Automations

Quoted

Booking confirmations, overdue-return chasing, restock alerts, and the manual steps around them removed.

New functionality

Quoted

Hourly-slot booking, delivery-zone or mileage pricing, serialized per-unit asset tracking, barcode and POS, or route planning.

Custom design

Quoted

A bespoke look beyond the branded theme: your own layout, components, and visual identity.

SEO

Quoted

Local and keyword work for the area you serve, content structure, technical SEO, and ongoing measurement.

Each one is scoped and quoted before any work starts, so the price above stays the price. Ask from your client area, during the trial or any time after.

The 2-year cost, side by side

  • 2-year cost comparison

Setup fee plus 24 months, the same math for every row:

This package$1,299$99/mo$3,675A full branded website with hosting and care; full export, cancel anytime
Booqable Grow$0$69/mo~$1,656Software only: a storefront widget, no real website, hosting and care are on you

How it works

From intake to live, cared for from day one

You start your trial

Sign up with your card; nothing is charged today. Your rental website is online within minutes on a private preview address, with the booking engine, calendar, and checkout already working.

You make it yours

Your business name, branding, catalog material (a list, a spreadsheet, or photos), and your deposit and damage-waiver policy go straight into your site's own admin during the trial, on your schedule. Not sure about a policy? We walk you through what comparable hire shops do.

You go live

Go live from your Client Section whenever you are ready, or let the trial convert on day 8. Cancel before that and nothing is ever charged.

We import, and care for it

Once your subscription starts, we do the importing: your catalog, photos, and prices loaded for you (up to 50 items included), tiered prices set, availability pools configured, and your domain pointed at the site, within 3-5 business days of your catalog being received. From there, hosting, nightly backups, security updates, and the daily booking-flow watch are part of your monthly care.

Requirements

Before you start

Your domain, or tell us you need one. Bring an existing domain and we connect it once your subscription starts (your trial runs on a private preview address), or we register one in your name as an at-cost add-on.

Your catalog, in whatever shape it exists. A written list, a spreadsheet, or photos of the items; up to 50 items are included in the import window.

Your deposit and damage-waiver policy. The amounts or percentages you charge today; not sure yet? We walk you through what comparable hire shops do.

A Stripe or PayPal account, or tell us you need one. Payments settle to your own account from day one; we help you set one up if you have neither.

FAQ

Tool rental website questions, answered

  • How is this different from Booqable or other rental software?

Those are software subscriptions: you rent the system, embed a storefront widget, and the store disappears when you stop paying. This is your own branded website with the booking engine inside it, on your own domain, with hosting and care handled for one flat $99 a month, no transaction cut, no per-user pricing, and a full export whenever you leave.

  • What happens to the site if I leave?

Cancel anytime after go-live with 30 days notice: no term contract, no buyout fee. On exit we hand over a full export: complete site files, database, your catalog, and your customer and order history; the domain was always yours. One honest note: the site runs on our Rentalw3b engine under our license while we host it. If you leave and self-host, the site keeps working exactly as exported; ongoing engine updates and support then require your own license, stated up front, not discovered later.

  • How does the overbooking prevention actually work?

Every item has a stock pool, not a yes/no flag. If you own five 2kW generators, the calendar knows all five, and a sixth booking over the same dates is refused with a clear message at checkout. Confirmed bookings, items out with customers, and pending carts all count against the pool, so a double booking cannot slip through.

  • Can I sell things as well as rent them?

Yes. Consumables and accessories (saw blades, gloves, mixing paddles) can be sold outright on the same catalog, in the same cart, in the same checkout as the rented items.

  • What does the daily booking-flow watch actually check?

A booking site can break silently: a payment update fails, a calendar stops loading, and the site looks fine while every new booking dies. Every month of your subscription includes a daily check that the catalog renders, the calendar answers, and the checkout completes, so a break gets caught and fixed, not discovered by a customer standing at your counter.

  • How does the billing actually work?

One subscription, starting with a 7-day free trial: you sign up with your card and nothing is charged today. On day 8, or the moment you press Go live, your first invoice charges the $1,299 setup together with the first $99 month; after that it is $99 a month until you cancel. Cancel during the trial and nothing is ever charged. There is no second checkout and no separate care plan to remember, because hosting and the daily watch are not optional extras: your site runs on our servers.

  • Is the setup fee refundable?

No, and we would rather say it here than in the small print. The setup fee pays for work that is already done by the time your site is live: the build, your inventory import, the booking flow, the domain and SSL. The monthly is a different matter, cancel it whenever you like with 30 days notice and take the full export with you.

  • My catalog is bigger than 50 items. What then?

The 3-5 business-day import window (it starts once your subscription is active and your catalog is received) includes photos and prices for up to 50 items. A larger catalog gets a mini-quote for the overage before the clock starts, so the delivery promise stays honest.

  • Can the site run in more than one language?

Yes, as an option. The engine ships with 11+ language packs; an EU-facing shop can serve customers in English plus your local languages. Tell us from your client area and we quote the extra locales.

What our clients say

Client reviews

Our clients trust us to deliver quality results. Here's what they have to say about working with us.
  • If you can dream it, Fastw3b will design it

If you can dream it, Fastw3b will design it. It is almost a year since I started working with  Fastw3b. In fact, having started on the Joomla journey (three months prior) and with no development experience, Fastw3b was the perfect first date.

After the initial – dancing around – trying to understand each other, we quickly established a relationship based on frankness and directness and this was probably the single most important trait that I respect them for. It would have been easier to repeat the “customer is king” mantra and get paid for the job. Not with Fastw3b. It seemed as if they genuinely were as interested and excited about the project as I was. It was as if I was working with my own inhouse team, rather than distant consultants.

If you are new to Joomla or indeed to development and are looking for a professional yet empathetic partner, I highly recommend Fastw3b. They deliver on time, are willing to own-up to errors and fix them, and best of all are as invested in your project as you.

Hoosen Essof - crowdfunding platform distributor, South Africa
  • Successful property portal project

The criteria for any successful project is for it to be on time, within budget and meets business and customer requirements. In order to achieve this you need a highly skilled team who are knowledgeable efficient in what they do and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that the required work is completed to the highest quality. It is for this reason that I partner with Fastw3b as I can rely on them to always deliver a successful project.

The strongest skill of Fastw3b is their ability to develop and deliver innovative technical solutions whilst always ensuring a high level of customer service.

I believe it is the willingness of Fastw3b to collaborate with a client during the project initiation phase by providing suggestions and advice on how to best solve a problem to ensure that a quality product and service is delivered.

  • Art portfolio gallery redesign

Couple of years ago when I wanted to redesign my art website I was looking for an easy to navigate and attractive picture gallery component with Lightbox effect and have found Fastw3b Gallery. With some customization of the FW Gallery extension I was able to showcase my extensive art and photography collection with specific information I needed in a clean, contemporary style.  This is a well organized, expandable structure with many features.

I could count on expert advise regarding website development, customization or upgrade questions, reliable communication and delivering work by schedule.

  • Why do you choose Fastw3b as provider for your projects?

Why do you choose Fastw3b as provider for your projects?
At the time I selected Fastw3b, you offered what appeared to be the best Real Estate component for Joomla at a reasonable price.

What do you think is our strongest skill as a company?
I am very satisfied with your customization services. I have hired your team numerous times for FW Real Estate customization for one of my clients.

I appreciate the personal service and quick attention to issues that I’ve experienced with your customization services.
