Nothing about this add-on behaves differently. Its site templates now travel with the add-on itself rather than living in the design, so exactly the same markup is rendered from a different place. A design still has the last word: where a design offers its own version of a template, that version is used, as before, and a site that has customised one keeps every customisation.
⚠️ This version requires core 7.1.0, which is the release that knows to look inside an add-on for its templates. The add-ons catalogue will not offer it to an older core, so update the core first.
The rest of the release is work inside the source that a site cannot observe: the English catalogue was rewritten into the form the WordPress directory extracts translations from, and comments were shortened. The fifteen languages this add-on ships are unchanged.
Version 7.1.2 (26 Aug 2026)
A stray line of text has been removed from three places it should never have appeared. A sentence from a template's own notes was being printed onto the page instead of staying out of sight: on the contributor dashboard, underneath the map on listing pages, and on the home page of a site that uses this design's home layout. It was harmless but plainly visible, and it is gone.
Print, quick view and the brochure preview now load their styling through the platform's own handling. Each of these opens as a page of its own rather than inside the site's normal layout, and its stylesheets were being requested in a way that let a browser go on using a copy it had already cached. A change now reaches them straight away.
No other change to how anything looks. Every page was captured before and after and compared element by element; nothing else moved.
Version 7.1.1 (25 Aug 2026)
No change to how anything looks or behaves. This release carries a correction to the notes inside one template — the description of where its structured-data block is rendered from, which had been wrong since the design was renamed. It is published so that what the update server holds matches the product exactly; there is nothing to do after installing it.

Maps work everywhere the design is installed. The map on a listing, a property page and the module layouts loaded correctly on the reference site and could fail to appear on a packaged installation; the design now hands its scripts and styles to the platform instead of writing them into the page itself, so they arrive in the right order wherever it runs. The date picker used by availability and booking moved into the shared framework for the same reason.
Nothing about the design's appearance has changed.

FW Real Estate 7.0 rebuilds the product on a new cross-platform engine. What this add-on does for you is unchanged — the features you use in 6.x are the features you get here. What is new is where it runs and how it reaches you:
- It runs on WordPress as well as Joomla, from the same code, so both editions stay in step.
- It has a version of its own. On Joomla that means it is delivered and updated from the store on that version, instead of arriving whenever the component happens to ship a release that bundles it. On WordPress it arrives inside the plugin if it is one of the free add-ons, or in the subscription pack it belongs to.
