Yes. FWRE MLS Grid Connector is included in the Professional and Agency tiers of the FW Real Estate subscription. You get the add-on plus updates and support as long as your subscription stays active.

How do I get MLS Grid API access?
Apply directly at mlsgrid.com. Access requires MLS membership and approval from your MLS board. Once approved, you receive an OAuth client ID and client secret. Approval typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your board.

Which MLS boards are available through MLS Grid?
MLS Grid aggregates 200+ US MLS boards. Available boards depend on your MLS membership. Log in to the MLS Grid portal to see which boards are accessible under your credentials. Most major US metro markets are represented.

Can I import multiple property classes such as Residential, Commercial, and Land?
Yes. The connector supports multiple resource classes. During setup you select which classes to import, and each runs as a separate import pass. All results are unified in the FW Real Estate property list.

How often should I run the import cron job?
Most MLS boards refresh data every 15–60 minutes. A cron interval of 30–60 minutes is recommended for near-real-time listings. The plugin fetches only records changed since the last run, so frequent runs are efficient.

What happens to listings that are sold or removed from the MLS?
On each import run the plugin identifies listings no longer returned by the feed and automatically unpublishes or deletes them according to your cleanup settings. No manual intervention is required.
