Is this add-on included in my subscription?
Yes. FWRE CSV Import Export is included in the IDX Realtor and IDX Agency tiers of the FW Real Estate subscription. You get the add-on plus updates and support as long as your subscription stays active.

Is CSV Import Export included in my subscription?
Yes. This is a paid addon included in every FW Real Estate subscription package (Start, Medium, and Pro). Install it from your FW Real Estate Add-ons screen once your site is connected.

Can I use it to move my whole property portfolio to a new site?
Yes. Export your entire catalog to a CSV file, place any referenced images in the import folder on the destination server, and import the file there. Gallery images, translations, and lookup values such as amenities and property types all come across with it.

Can I bulk-edit prices or statuses instead of updating properties one by one?
Yes. Export to CSV, make your changes in Excel or Google Sheets, and import the file back. Rows with an existing property ID update that record, and rows without one create a new property, so you can mix updates and new listings in the same file.

What happens if my CSV mentions an amenity or property type that doesn't exist yet on the site?
It gets created automatically during import and assigned to the property. There is nothing to set up in advance before importing from a new data source.

Which spreadsheet delimiter should I use?
Either comma or semicolon is supported. Choose the one that matches your spreadsheet editor's CSV export settings when you upload the file.

Does the export include my property images?
Images are listed in the exported CSV by filename rather than embedded in the file. To bring images along to another site, place the image files in the import folder on the destination server before running the import, and the importer copies, resizes, and registers each one automatically.
