FW Real Estate Agency enables you to specify the number of agents per page, hide/display agent profile and properties from the unpublished agents, and many more. In this tutorial, we will learn how to configure agents settings.

We will proceed as follows:

• How to configure agents settings

First, let’s locate agents settings.

1. Go to the Configuration tab. To learn how to locate the Configuration tab, repeat steps 1-5 of Date and currency tutorial.

2. Switch to the Agents tab.

Now, let’s configure agents settings.

3. Locate Agents List Limit textbox and enter 4. As a result, 4 agents will be displayed on a single page.

4. Mouse over Agents Approval field and choose Automatic. Thus, the agent users will be approved automatically, not manually by the administrator.

5. Locate Agent Approval Notification and click Yes. As a result, the agent will receive notification that they have been approved as a user.

6. Mouse over Display agent profile and click Yes.

7. Locate Hide Unpublished Agent properties and choose Yes.

8. Click Save button. Your screen should look similar to the screenshot below.
