The three settings in the Display group follow WordPress and WooCommerce by default. They are shop-wide and cannot be overridden per product — a per-product date format or week start would produce a product page that contradicts itself.
Because all three settings inherit from WordPress or WooCommerce out of the box, most shops can leave them untouched and the calendar and prices will already match the rest of the site.
Delete data on uninstall is off by default. With it off, deleting the plugin leaves everything in place:
This means reinstalling the plugin picks up exactly where you left off, with no data to reconstruct.
Turn Delete data on uninstall on only when you intend to remove all of that data along with the plugin. Booking history cannot be recovered once it is deleted this way, so the setting is deliberately off by default to prevent accidental loss.
