FW Food Menu uses an addon system to extend its core functionality. Each addon adds a specific feature set — such as a cart, delivery zones, or a design template — without affecting the base installation.
The main FW Food Menu package ships with one design template addon included. This addon activates automatically after installation and provides the default frontend appearance for your menu. No separate steps are required to enable it — your menu will display using this template immediately after setup.
All other addons are managed through the built-in Add-ons panel. To open it, navigate to FW Food Menu in your WordPress admin and click the Add-ons icon in the sidebar. The panel lists every available addon along with its current status and a corresponding action button.
Before any Install button becomes available, your site must be verified. Look for the lock icon or the website is not verified text in the top-right area of the FW Food Menu admin and click it. A Website Key verification modal will open, containing an input field and two buttons: Get Website Key and Verify Website Key.
Once verified, all free addons become immediately available to install. Paid addons require an active subscription on fastw3b.com that covers the addon — their Install button appears only when a matching active subscription is detected. Without a subscription, only free addons can be installed. Each active subscription unlocks the paid addons it covers.
When a newer version of an installed addon is released, its action button changes to Update. Clicking the button installs the update immediately. Your existing menu data is not affected by addon updates.
