MLS/IDX/XML Integration Service

FW Real Estate does not include a built-in plugin for importing property listings from external data feeds. If your workflow requires automatic synchronisation with an MLS (Multiple Listing Service), IDX feed, or any third-party XML or CSV data source, this is available as a custom development service provided by the Fastw3b team.

What the Service Covers

The integration service is designed for sites that need to pull live or scheduled property data from an external provider directly into FW Real Estate. Typical use cases include:

  • Importing listings from a regional or national MLS feed
  • Synchronising an IDX data source with your property database
  • Parsing XML or CSV exports from a CRM, property management platform, or data aggregator
  • Scheduled automatic updates so that new, changed, or removed listings are reflected on your site without manual intervention

Because every data feed has a different structure, authentication method, and update frequency, the integration is built to your specific feed rather than shipped as a generic plugin.

How It Works

Once developed, the integration maps fields from your external data source to FW Real Estate's standard property fields — including title, price, address, type, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, gallery images, and any custom fields you have defined. Properties are created or updated automatically in the FW Real Estate → Properties section, so they appear on the frontend without any manual data entry.

Requesting the Service

To enquire about an MLS/IDX/XML integration for your site, contact the Fastw3b team through the support channel on fastw3b.com. When you get in touch, it helps to have the following information ready:

  1. The feed format (MLS board name, IDX provider, XML schema, CSV layout, or API documentation)
  2. Authentication details or access credentials provided by your data supplier
  3. How often the feed updates and whether you need real-time or scheduled imports
  4. Which FW Real Estate fields and custom fields the imported data should populate

The Fastw3b team will review your feed specifications and provide a development estimate based on the complexity of the source data and required mapping.
