Time Module
What the Time Module Does
The FWFM Time Module displays your restaurant's opening hours, current open/closed status, name, address, and phone number in any Joomla module position. All data is pulled directly from the FW Food Menu component settings — there is nothing to enter in the module itself.
The module renders nothing if no working hours have been configured in the component settings. If individual location fields (name, phone, address) are left empty, those rows are simply omitted from the output.
Use Cases
- Footer info block — show opening hours and contact details in the site footer on every page.
- Sidebar contact card — display a compact card next to the menu with today's hours highlighted.
- Header phone number — show the location name and phone number prominently at the top of the page.
Creating a Module Instance
- Go to Extensions → Modules in the Joomla administrator.
- Click New and select FWFM Time from the module type list.
- Set a title, choose a module position, and assign the module to the pages where it should appear.
- Save and verify the output on the front end.
Configuring the Data Source
All content displayed by this module is managed in FW Food Menu → Settings → General → Location. The module itself has no editable content fields.
- Restaurant name — Settings → General → Location → Place name
- Phone number — Settings → General → Location → Phone
- Address — Settings → General → Location → Address
- Working hours — Settings → General → Location → Working hours

Frontend Output
When working hours are configured, the module renders the following information:
- Restaurant name
- Address
- Phone number
- Full weekly hours schedule (days and open/close times)
- Current day highlighted when the FWFM Time plugin is active
Related Plugin
The FWFM Time plugin manages the working hours data and meal availability scheduling used by this module. Activating it enables the current-day highlight in the module output.
