The FWRE Extra Fields addon extends the standard property form with a structured amenities checklist and a room size measurement unit setting. On the frontend, the selected amenities appear as a Features block on the property detail page.

What Extra Fields Adds

Once active, the property edit form gains a Features checklist. Each item in the list comes from FW Real Estate → Dictionaries → Amenities, where you manage the available options (Pool, Garage, Balcony, Air Conditioning, and so on). Tick the amenities that apply to each property when editing the listing.

The addon also injects a Room size measurement field into Settings → General → Localization. Use this to set the unit (sqm, sqft, etc.) applied to individual room dimensions. These per-room fields are separate from the main Building Size and Living Area fields already present in the standard form.

Addon Settings

Open FW Real Estate → Settings → Addons and locate the Extra Fields card to configure how amenities are shown to visitors.

• Features display — Only available: Only the amenities that are ticked on the property appear in the Features block. Absent amenities are hidden entirely.
• Features display — All: Every amenity from the Amenities dictionary is listed. Amenities the property does not have appear greyed out or marked to indicate they are unavailable.

Choose Only available for a clean, minimal presentation. Choose All when visitors benefit from seeing the full amenity comparison at a glance — for example, on rental listings where a complete feature checklist is expected.

Frontend Display

The Features block appears on the single property detail page. Depending on the active design template, amenities render as icons or checkmarks alongside their labels.

Managing Amenity Options

Add, rename, or remove amenity options at any time in FW Real Estate → Dictionaries → Amenities. Changes there are immediately reflected in the property edit form checklist and on the frontend.

Search Filtering

Amenity values are available as filter options in the Search module. Configure the amenities filter in the module settings to let visitors narrow listings by specific features.
