The FWRE Featured addon adds a Featured flag to properties, letting you pin promoted or highlighted listings to the top of results and display a visual badge on their cards.
What It Does
Adds a Featured toggle to every property in the admin panel.
Displays a Featured badge (ribbon or label, depending on your design template) on featured property cards in the frontend.
Optionally forces featured properties to appear before all other listings, regardless of the active sort order.
Allows the Latest module and Layout Anywhere module to filter and display only featured properties.
Common Use Cases
Premium listings — surface promoted properties at the top of search results.
Editor's picks — highlight new construction, best-value properties, or agency showcases with a visual badge.
Homepage widgets — configure a module to show only featured properties on your front page.
Marking a Property as Featured
There are two ways to mark a property as featured:
Go to FW Real Estate → Properties. In the property list, click the star icon in the Featured column to toggle featured status on or off with a single click.
Open the property edit form and use the Featured toggle in the publishing panel.

There is no limit to how many properties can be marked as featured.
Frontend Display
Featured properties show a Featured badge on their listing card. When the Featured on top setting is enabled, all featured properties appear at the beginning of the listing page. Featured properties are sorted among themselves using the default ordering, followed by all non-featured properties.
