The FWRE Contact Form plugin adds a property inquiry form to each single property page. When a visitor submits the form, the inquiry is delivered by email and saved in FW Real Estate → Messages, giving agents a unified inbox for property-specific leads.
Open FW Real Estate → Settings → Addons and locate the Contact Form card. The table below describes every available parameter.

| Parameter | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Phone required | No | Makes the phone field mandatory on the inquiry form. |
| Address required | No | Makes the address field mandatory on the inquiry form. |
| Message required | Yes | Makes the message textarea mandatory. |
| Form position on property page | Right | Controls where the form appears on the single property page: Hide, Right (sidebar), or Bottom. |
| Send copy to admin | — | Sends a copy of each inquiry to the admin email address configured in Settings → General. |
| Inquiry notification template | — | The email body sent when a new inquiry is received. Supports the variables listed below. |
Use the following variables inside the Inquiry notification template field. Each variable is replaced with the corresponding value when the email is sent.
The notification is sent to the address set in Settings → General → Admin email. When the Agents plugin is active, the assigned agent can also receive the notification.
Visitors fill in their name, email, and optional phone, address, and message fields. If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled site-wide, a captcha challenge is shown as well. Submitting the form triggers the notification email and saves the inquiry immediately.

Every submitted inquiry is stored in FW Real Estate → Messages. Each record shows the visitor's name, email, and phone number; the property the inquiry relates to; the message text; the date and time of submission; and a read/unread status flag.

Disabling the plugin removes the contact form from all property pages but leaves existing messages in the database intact.
To install this addon, open the Add-ons panel inside FW Real Estate. See Getting Started → Add-ons for details on free addons, paid addons, and site verification.
