Once FW Real Estate is installed, a FW Real Estate menu appears in your Joomla administrator sidebar. It gives you direct access to every section of the component from one place.

Properties is the main listing manager. From here you add, edit, publish, and delete property records. Each property has its own form covering location, pricing, media, and field-level access controls.
The Agents section is always visible in the sidebar. If the Agents plugin has not been installed through the Add-ons panel, opening the section displays a red warning banner:
"FWRE Agents Plugin must be installed and enabled for this section to function. Check Add-ons section for more info."
The same pattern applies to any other section that depends on a specific plugin — the section is always accessible in the menu, but shows this warning until the required plugin is installed and enabled.
Dictionaries manages all the dropdown values used across the component — property types, categories, statuses, amenities, measures, and more. The list of available dictionary types is dynamic: when you install an add-on that contributes its own dictionaries, those entries appear here automatically and are removed again if the add-on is disabled.
You do not need to pre-populate every dictionary before you start adding properties. Dictionary values can be added on the fly directly from the property edit form without leaving it, so you can build your value lists as you go.

The Fields section gives you control over every property field in the component. Any built-in field can be unpublished — hiding it from both the property edit form and the front end — or have its access level changed so it is visible only to registered users or another group you define.
When the Custom Fields plugin is enabled, this section also lets you create custom field groups, tabs, and fields of any supported type, organise them within those groups and tabs, and delete custom fields you no longer need.
Leads stores all messages and requests submitted by visitors from any property page. This section requires the Contact Form plugin to be installed and enabled. If it is not, the same warning banner described above appears when you open the section.
Settings (also labelled Configuration in the menu) is where you manage global component behaviour — localization, image sizes, email notifications, display options, and more.

Add-ons is where you install, enable, disable, and update all plugins, designs, and modules for FW Real Estate. This is the only place add-ons are managed.
