Property Fields was previously documented as Extra Fields; it was renamed in v7 and its scope significantly expanded. It adds a complete real-estate listing spec on top of the core fields: location detail, structure characteristics, an amenities checklist, a full Valuation & Investment tab, and — for sites with the right subscription — a Nearby Schools section.
Every field this addon adds is registered with the core Fields screen, so each one can be unpublished or restricted to an access level exactly like a built-in field. With the addon disabled, none of these fields exist anywhere — not on the property form, not on the property page, not in a CSV export.

Open Configuration → Add-ons → Property Fields to configure the following options.
Installing the addon adds six new dictionary types to FW Real Estate → Dictionaries, each manageable and translatable like the built-in ones: Amenities, Attic, Basement, Financing, Investment Category, and Scope of Work. Values can be added on the fly from the property form — there is no need to pre-populate the dictionaries before entering properties.

Three of the four investment figures shown on the property page are calculated automatically — you only enter the raw numbers.
Premium, Fair Market Value, Annual Expenses, Annual Taxes, Investment Categories, and Financing Options are listed as rows below. Any field left empty is omitted entirely — no blank rows, no placeholder zeros.

When a GreatSchools API key is configured and the property is geocoded, the property page gains a Nearby Schools section listing schools within the configured radius, each with its distance and rating band. This requires the customer's own paid GreatSchools NearbySchools subscription (available at greatschools.org/solutions) — there is no shared or demo key. With no key entered, the section does not render at all, so a site without the subscription shows nothing rather than an empty box. School data is fetched by the visitor's browser after the page loads and cached for seven days, so the property page never waits on the external API.
The amenities checklist becomes an Amenities facet in the Search module. It matches on any of the selected amenities — picking three amenities widens the result set rather than narrowing it to properties that have all three.
The addon contributes twenty columns to the core CSV import/export: Neighborhood, Amenities, Attic, Basement, Scope of Work, Investment Category, Financing, Builder, Subdivision, School District, Annual Expenses, Gross Rental Income (annual), Annual Taxes, Capitalization Rate, Premium, Cost of Rehab, Fair Market Value, Cost of Utilities, Cost of Cable/TV, and Cost of Electricity. An entire portfolio can therefore be maintained in a spreadsheet and re-imported.
Every field listed above appears in FW Real Estate → Fields, where it can be unpublished or assigned an access level — including per-property control via the property's Field Access tab.
To install this addon, open the Add-ons panel inside FW Real Estate. See Getting Started → Add-ons for details on free addons, paid addons, and site verification.
