MLS/IDX/XML Integration Service

FW Real Estate supports manual property management and CSV import out of the box. For sites that need to automatically sync listings from an external data source — such as an MLS feed, an IDX provider, or a custom XML or CSV export from a third-party system — a custom integration service is available from the Fastw3b team.

What the Service Covers

The integration is built as a custom development engagement tailored to your specific data source. Depending on your feed and requirements, it can handle:

• MLS feeds — import property listings from a Multiple Listing Service data provider
• IDX feeds — sync listings delivered through an Internet Data Exchange connection
• XML or CSV exports — parse and import structured property data from any third-party system that outputs XML or CSV files

The resulting integration maps incoming feed data to FW Real Estate fields — including title, price, address, property type, status, images, and custom fields — and keeps your listings in sync on a defined schedule.

How to Request the Service

Because every data feed has a different structure, authentication method, and update frequency, this integration is scoped and built individually for each project. To request it:

2. Describe your data source — the feed type (MLS, IDX, XML, CSV), the provider or platform it comes from, and how frequently listings are updated.
3. The Fastw3b team will review your requirements and respond with the details needed to scope the work.

What to Prepare Before Contacting

Having the following information ready will speed up the scoping process:

• A sample of your feed data (a sample XML file, CSV export, or feed URL)
• The fields your feed provides and how they should map to FW Real Estate property fields
• The required sync frequency (real-time, hourly, daily, etc.)
• Any authentication details your feed requires (API key, credentials, IP whitelisting)

The more detail you provide upfront, the faster an accurate scope can be prepared. This service is handled directly by the Fastw3b development team and is not a self-service addon you install through the in-app Add-ons panel.
