Status Labels
The Status Labels addon adds colored badge overlays to property listings, giving visitors an immediate visual cue about a property's current market status. Badges appear on both listing cards and individual property detail pages.
Use Cases
- Sold or reserved indicators — mark properties as sold or reserved without unpublishing them, preserving your listing history.
- Highlight new listings — tag recently added properties with a "New" badge to draw attention on the listing page.
- Price change labels — apply "Price Reduced" or "Price Increased" badges to signal recent pricing changes to returning visitors.
Managing Status Labels
Status labels are managed in FW Real Estate → Dictionaries → Status. Each label has the following fields:

| Name | The label text shown on the property (e.g. "Sold", "New", "Under Offer"). |
| Background color | Badge background color, selected via color picker. |
| Text color | Badge text color, selected via color picker. |
| Published | Controls whether the label is available for selection on properties. |
Choose high-contrast color combinations for readability — for example, white text on a red background for a "Sold" label. Colors are entered as hex codes via the color picker.
Assigning a Status to a Property
When the addon is active, a Status dropdown appears in the property edit form. Select the desired label from the list, or choose None to display no badge. A property can carry only one status label at a time.
Frontend Display
The status badge is overlaid on the property's main photo on listing cards.
The same badge also appears on the individual property detail page.
Notes
- Status labels are purely visual — they do not affect search filters, property availability, or publish state.
- Only one status label can be assigned to a property at a time.
- This addon has no additional configurable settings beyond the label definitions in Dictionaries.
