FW Real Estate – Documentation

FW Real Estate is installed, but updates and add-ons are locked until you connect the website to your fastw3b.com account. Connecting is a one-time pairing between this domain and your subscription, and it is what brings your add-ons in: the moment it succeeds, everything you are entitled to installs and switches itself on.

Connect Your Website

1. Open FW Real Estate in your WordPress admin. While the site is unconnected the header shows the domain in red with This website is not verified beside it
2. Click Connect. The lock icon and the red text do the same thing, and the Add-ons screen offers the same action as Connect to install
3. Your fastw3b.com client section opens. Sign in if prompted
4. That is all. The store registers this domain, sends the key straight back, and the admin returns already verified. There is nothing to copy and no key to paste

On success a confirmation panel reports the verified domain, your plan and the add-ons that were installed for you. The header then shows the verified domain, the subscription and the days remaining.

What Connecting Unlocks

• Your add-ons: the free ones for any connected site, plus whatever your subscription covers. They are downloaded and enabled automatically, with no per-add-on step. Take out or extend a subscription later and the newly covered ones arrive the same way
• Updates: for the core and for every installed add-on. The yellow Install v.X.X.X button appears in the admin header whenever a new release is available
• Support tickets: once your subscription includes support, you can open tickets from your Client Section

Common Problems

• The site comes back still unverified: the domain registered on fastw3b.com must match this site exactly, https and www included. Check Client Section, Websites
• "Already verified for another site": a website key is paired to one domain. Unlink the old domain in Client Section, Websites, then connect again
• Nothing happens when you click Connect: it is an ordinary link out to fastw3b.com, so a blocked pop-up, an offline server or a firewall between this site and the store will stop it. Confirm the admin can reach fastw3b.com
• An add-on you expected did not arrive: one whose latest build needs a newer FW Real Estate than this site runs is reported as skipped rather than installed half-way. Update the core and it will follow
