FWRE Agent Profile

FW Real Estate tutorial for WordPress

The FWRE Agent Profile module places agent cards anywhere on your site — a team section on the home page, a roster in a listing sidebar, or a single agent's card beside a property. Because property sites convert on trust as much as on inventory, putting a face, name, and phone number in front of visitors at the right moment matters.

This module requires the Agents add-on. The add-on owns the agent records; without it the module has nothing to display.

Use Cases

  • Team band on the home page. Show all agents in a horizontal grid as a "who we are" section.
  • Roster in the listing sidebar. Surface agents on every listing page so visitors can contact someone directly instead of hunting for a contacts page.
  • Equal exposure. Random ordering gives each agent a turn at the top across visits, rather than the first agent added always leading.
  • Assigned agent beside the property. The agent responsible for a listing appears in the right-hand panel of its property detail page, so the person to call is next to the thing being sold.

Adding the Module in WordPress

Insert the FW Real Estate — Module block in the block editor and set the key to agent. Alternatively, use the shortcode [fwre_module key="agent"] in any post, page, or widget area.

Settings

  • Design (theme) — Selects which installed design renders the module. Defaults to the site default.
  • Quantity — Number of agents to display. Default is 30.
  • LayoutVertical (a stacked list) or Horizontal at 2, 3, 4, or 6 agents per row.
  • OrderingNewest first, Alphabetically, or Random.
  • Single property — When set to Yes, the assigned agent's card appears in the right-hand side panel of the property detail page. See the important note below about what this setting actually controls.
  • Exclude agents — An agent picker for anyone who should be kept out of this module's output — for example, back-office accounts or former colleagues. Their records are preserved; they simply stop appearing here.

Important: What "Single Property" Actually Does

The Single property setting controls whether the assigned agent's card is shown in the side panel of the property detail page. It does not filter agents by how many properties they have. Earlier documentation described it the other way round — that it showed only agents with a single listing — which was incorrect. Turning this setting on simply ensures that when a visitor views a property, the agent assigned to that listing appears alongside it.

To install this addon, open the Add-ons panel inside FW Real Estate. See Getting Started → Add-ons for details on free addons, paid addons, and site verification.
