The Grid View addon adds a card-based multi-column layout to your property listing pages. Instead of a vertical list, properties are displayed as equal-size cards with the photo on top, making it easier for visitors to scan many listings at a glance.

When to Use Grid View

• Image-heavy listings — grid cards put the property photo front and center, which works well for residential sites where visual appeal drives clicks.
• Layout switcher — when the addon is active, a toggle appears on the frontend listing page so visitors can switch between grid and list view without navigating away.

Activating Grid Layout

Grid View has no standalone settings panel. The layout is controlled through your Properties Listing menu item. When the addon is active, a Layout parameter appears in the menu item configuration. Set it to Grid to display properties as cards by default.

The available layout options are:

• List — the default layout, with property details displayed beside the photo in a vertical list.
• Grid — card-based multi-column layout with the photo on top of each card.
• Table — compact tabular layout, available when the Table layout option is enabled in the menu item parameters.

Column Behaviour

The number of columns adapts to screen width based on your active design template. A typical configuration shows three columns on desktop, two on tablet, and one column on mobile. Grid View works alongside all other listing features including search filters, pagination, featured-on-top ordering, compare checkboxes, and favorites buttons.

If the addon is disabled, only the default list layout is available and the layout toggle will not appear on the frontend.
