FW Real Estate – Documentation

The SEO Booster add-on does two things: it builds readable URLs from each property's own details, and it adds Google structured data to property pages.

A URL ending in /riverside-loft-manchester-p95 ranks on the words it contains and survives being pasted into a message — a bare numeric id looks like spam and gives search engines nothing to work with. Structured data is what turns a plain blue link into a rich result with a price attached in Google's listings.

Settings

Open Configuration → Add-ons → SEO Booster to reach all settings.

Property title mask

The property title mask is the pattern each property URL is built from. Combine any of the following placeholders in the order you want:

• {title} — the property's title
• {address} — its address
• {category} — its categories
• {type} — its property types
• {price} — its price
• {site} — the site name

Agent title mask

The agent title mask applies the same idea to agent profile URLs. Available placeholders are {agent_name}, {agent_company}, and {site}.

Google structured data

This switch enables structured data output on property pages and listings. When active, search engines can display price and property details directly in results rather than showing a plain link.

How the URLs behave

The ID stays authoritative. The readable slug is for people and search engines; WordPress finds the property by its ID. Renaming a property or changing the mask never breaks an existing link — the old URL continues to resolve to the correct property.

Leaving a mask empty keeps URLs in their plain form. Nothing breaks; you simply do not get the readable segment.

WordPress prerequisite: readable URLs require Settings → Permalinks set to anything other than Plain. On the Plain setting WordPress never consults rewrite rules, so the feature silently does nothing even though it appears configured correctly.

Notes

• Choose a mask and keep it. Changing the mask later does not break links, but the same property becomes reachable at two different readable paths, which is untidy even where it is harmless.
• Shorter is better. A mask combining title, address, category, type, and price produces a URL nobody reads. Two or three placeholders is where readable URLs actually help rankings and click-through.
• What a shared link looks like in a messenger or on a social network — the title, description, and image shown in the preview — comes from the head output this add-on generates alongside the structured data.
