FWRE Layout Anywhere
The FWRE Layout Anywhere module embeds a complete FW Real Estate property listing — including search filters, pagination, and all active plugin output — into any Joomla module position. You can also use it to display a single property's full detail view outside the main component area.
Use Cases
- Homepage property section — embed a filtered listing (for example, six featured properties for sale in a specific city) directly on the homepage without a dedicated menu item.
- Landing page — create a focused page for a single property type with the full listing and search experience embedded in the content area.
- Single property embed — display one specific property's complete detail view inside an article or sidebar position.
Module Parameters
After creating a module instance, configure the following parameters to control what is displayed and how it is filtered.

| Module type | Choose Property Listing to show a browsable list, or Single Property to render one property's detail view. |
| Theme | Select the active FW Real Estate design template to apply to this module's output. |
| Layout | Choose how the listing is presented: List, Grid, Map, Slideshow, or Table. Available options depend on which plugins are enabled. |
| Country / Region / City | Limit the listing to properties in specific locations. All three can be combined. |
| Category / Property type / Status | Further narrow results by category, sale or rent type, and status label. |
| Featured | Show all properties, featured only, or non-featured only. |
| Results limit | Maximum number of properties to display in this module instance. |
| Description length | Number of characters to show in each property's description excerpt. |
| Hide category list | Set to Yes to remove the category filter panel from the listing view. |
| Allow layout switching | Set to Yes to show visitors the layout switcher control (list/grid toggle). |
| Single property | Pick the specific property to display when Module type is set to Single Property. All listing parameters are ignored in this mode. |
| Currency | Override the display currency for this module instance only. |
| Module class suffix | Optional CSS class suffix appended to the module wrapper for custom styling. |
Combining Filters
Location filters (country, region, city), classification filters (category, property type, status), and the featured flag can all be set together on a single module instance. This lets you create precisely targeted listings — for example, featured apartments for rent in a particular city — without writing any custom code.
Single Property Mode
When Module type is set to Single Property, use the Single property picker to select the property to display. The module then renders that property's full detail view, including all output from active plugins. All listing-related parameters (layout, filters, results limit, etc.) are ignored in this mode.
